Saanen Bank TWINT can only be used by natural persons.
You also need:

An active e-banking contract

A smartphone with a Swiss mobile phone number

At least one authorised account (private account, e-private account, Youth Account Free 25, shareholder account)

I have installed several TWINT apps, with which one do I receive money?

By default, you receive money with the TWINT app that you installed/registered last.
If you wish to receive money on a different app, you can specify this in the desired app under Settings > Receive money.

My account is not displayed in the account selection. What are the possible reasons?

The account is not assigned to the e-banking contract you used to register

You only have read-only or collective authorisation rights for the account in e-banking

The account does not correspond to any account type authorised for TWINT. The following are authorised: private account, e-private account, Youth Account Free 25 and shareholder account.

Why is an additional activation code required?

This is a security measure. You will receive the activation letter by post. Until you scan the QR code on the activation letter, you can use TWINT with a limit of CHF 200. If you do not scan the QR code within 14 days, your TWINT account will be blocked, and you will have to register again.

Why is an e-banking contract required for registration?

This is a security measure. We use the access data for e-banking to ensure that the person registering is really you. If you do not have an e-banking contract, please apply for one via your customer advisor. If you do not wish to apply for e-banking, please use the TWINT prepaid app.
